The CSN: NY TV show is certainly a successful show. The series began in 2004 and the thought is taken from the original show CSI: Las Vegas. The series has taken hold of trustworthy watches and hence it has firm ratings in every review. The stories of the original CSI: Las Vegas, CSI: Miami and the new show CSN: NY go parallel. The story is based on the forensic team of Manhattan and revolves around and going to the bottom of crime to resolve them.
The top two characters of Mac Taylor and Stella Bonasera, partners and leaders of the forensics team, are portrayed to the hilt by Gary Sinise and Melina Kanakaredes. Mac Taylor′s a tough former marine with a soft and sensitive side that comes out when he remembers his wife -tragically killed in the 9/11 attack – and spends his off-time at jazz clubs playing the bass guitar. Stella Bonasera, on the other hand, portrays a tough and intelligent demeanor that’s laced with steely determination.
A large array of original crimes are nicely written and directed. This keeps the viewers stick to the television till the mystery is resolved. The actors keep getting crossovers to CSI: Miami and the other way round which gives the series the required twist. The appearances of celebrity artists make the series all the catchier.
Some of the cameos performers on CSI: NY so far include Nelly Furtado, Kid Rock, Joey Lawrence, Sasha Cohen, Rumer Willis, Maroon 5, Ashlee Simpson, Nelly, John mcenroe, and Kim Kardashian. Ed Asner who played a cameo role in season five’s “Yahrzeit” episode also won an Emmy nomination for his portrayal.
There are some people who wrote the episodes of this popular show. The maximum numbers of this excitement full series are written by Carol Mendelsohn, Ann Donahue and Antony E Zuiker. Each of them have written 104 episodes. The other writers are Pam Veasey, Zachary Reiter, John Dove, Peter Lenkov and Timothy Lea and many others. However Antony E Zuiker gets the credit for writing the original CSI: Las Vegas. To write this he has worked with the crime investigators of the LVMPD.
In the sixth series which started on 17th May 2004 they have shown 128 episodes till today. As in the original CSI the episodes are full of excitement and can be watched for two or three times with the same plot and interest every time.
The real admirers of the series might be looking for the ways to watch the series or few favorite episodes when they have time. But now there is no need to look here and there. The series is available online on internet. Anytime you can long in and watch the favorite episodes. No need to buy the DVDs and waste money.
